SSH access is included in shared hosting plans. However, it is disabled for security reasons. If you are an existing client at TNP HOST, you can ask us to enable SSH access for your account and our support team will enable it for you.
If you are very sure about using ssh , then only you must go for it. SSH commands may break functionalities if you are not an expert. It is advisable by TNP HOST to take Backup of your account in local computer before you run SSH commands.
